Intermediary service notice

e-dalnice.org is operated by an independent commercial service provider and is not affiliated with any government bodies, public authorities or official toll-system operators.

Users can buy the vignette directly in the official system (edalnice.gov.cz for the Czech Republic).

The site provides a paid intermediary service consisting of registering the vignette in the official system in the name and on behalf of the user. The final price includes the road toll payable to SFDI and order handling (order processing, customer support and payment processing).

The price on the site may be higher than the road toll in the official system, because it also includes order handling.

Service fulfilment and right of withdrawal

The service is performed immediately after payment, typically within a few minutes.

By placing an order, the user consents to immediate commencement of performance and acknowledges that, once performed, they lose the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with Regulation 36(2) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK) and Article 16 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Dispute resolution

We are not obliged to and do not agree to participate in proceedings before a consumer dispute resolution body. If you encounter any issue, please contact us directly at info@e-dalnice.org.

Liability

The company exercises due care in performing its services. However, the company is not liable for:

• errors resulting from incorrect data provided by the user,
• decisions of enforcement authorities in individual countries,
• changes to road regulations or toll systems,
• technical interruptions or errors in official toll-collection systems.

The user bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the data entered when placing the order. The total liability of the company is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned. Nothing in this notice limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

Governing law

This legal notice and all legal relationships arising from the use of e-dalnice.org are governed by the law of England and Wales.

A consumer resident in an EU member state retains all rights granted by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country, including rights under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

Intellectual property

All content on e-dalnice.org — texts, graphics, logos, interface and source code — is the property of EU Vignettes Ltd or of entities that have granted the company a licence, and is protected by copyright law, in particular the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (UK) and EU Directive 2001/29/EC.

Copying, reproduction, modification or distribution of any elements of the site without the prior written consent of the company is prohibited.

Changes to this legal notice

The company reserves the right to update this legal notice at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the site.

Continued use of the site after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
